THE PROJECT

DESCRIPTION

LIFELY 3.0 is a project that aims to create an innovative platform that attributes a profile to each crop or plant associated with Agrumino, allowing the sharing of information in users’ social networks. A dashboard dedicated to each plant will be developed, providing access to real-time data, measurement history and data analysis services. Furthermore, it is planned to conduct a trial for a pre-series of the artisanal product (Agrumino Lemon) and subsequently start series production based on user feedback (Agrumino Orange.

OBJECTIVES

The primary objective is the creation of a cloud application in which each Agrumino sensor will be associated with a specific type of cultivation. The platform will allow users to view detailed crop information, including care parameters, environmental advice, intercropping and planting and harvesting periods. The control panel will allow sensor management, irrigation programming and access to real-time and historical data.

TECHNOLOGIES AND METHODOLOGIES

The platform will consist of two main panels: an information panel and a control panel. The information panel will provide a detailed description of the type of crop, care parameters, intercropping, and other useful information. The control panel will allow users to manage individual sensors, create correlations between data, and schedule controls such as irrigation. Two versions of Agrumino will be available: Lemon, programmable and expandable, and Orange, closed and already programmed for simple and immediate use.

MISSION AND IMPACT

The Agrumino platform aims to revolutionize the way users manage their crops by providing simple and intuitive access to data and controls. Thanks to the sharing of information in social networks, the dissemination of agricultural knowledge is promoted and a more effective and sustainable management of crops is promoted. Furthermore, experimentation and user feedback will contribute to constantly improving the design and functionality of Agrumino products, ensuring a solution that is increasingly suited to farmers’ needs.
